People looking for therapy are often anxious and unsure where to start, so the website had to feel calm, explain clearly what therapy involves, and make the first step easy.
What we built
- A calm, uncluttered design that puts trust and credentials first
- Clear explanations of each service: depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma and marriage counselling
- Booking through WhatsApp, the channel her clients already use every day
- A blog that answers the questions people actually search for, such as how to choose a therapist and whether online therapy works
Why it matters
For a service business, the website is often the first conversation. This one answers the questions a new client has before they ask, and turns that trust into a booking through WhatsApp.
