Our research

Which language your customers search in

In November 2026 we studied Google Ads Keyword Planner data for website searches in all six GCC countries. It changes how a site should be built in each one.

CountryLeading languageTerms reaching 100+ searches a monthWhat it means for your site
Saudi Arabia Arabic 9 Arabic, 1 English Lead in Arabic, with titles in the words Saudis actually search.
UAE English 26 English, 3 Arabic Lead in English. Keep a real Arabic version: few strong Arabic pages compete for those searches.
Qatar English 2 English, 0 Arabic English for hiring searches, with Arabic close behind on smaller terms.
Oman English 1 English group, 0 Arabic English for hiring searches. Local competitors we reviewed were English only, so Arabic stands out.
Kuwait Arabic, slightly None A small market in both languages. Arabic has more measurable terms.
Bahrain Mixed None A small market in both languages. Build both.

Keyword Planner shows ranges, not exact counts, and we split the terms by the script they’re written in. Treat this as a direction, not a precise measure.

Arabic websites

What “Arabic done right” actually means

Many “bilingual” sites are English sites with translated text. These are the differences a customer and Google both notice.

The shortcutWhat we do
Flipping the page with CSS Setting the direction in the HTML, as the W3C recommends, so the layout mirrors properly
One address with a language toggle A separate Arabic address, like /ar/, that Google can list and pair with the English page
English keywords translated word for word Arabic titles built on the words people really search, such as تصميم مواقع
English titles left on Arabic pages Arabic titles and descriptions for what Google shows in search results
Forms and error messages still in English Buttons, forms and error messages in the language of the page
Arabic squeezed into sizes set for English Arabic type sized on its own, so headings fit on a phone and read comfortably

Google Maps

Getting into the map box on Google

We reviewed 54 Google results pages across the six GCC countries in November 2026. Every “web design company” search we checked for Dubai, Riyadh and Doha showed a map box of three local businesses above the regular results. Your customers’ searches for “clinic in Riyadh” or “restaurant in Dubai” work in a similar way.

A business usually needs a real address and a Google Business Profile to appear there. That’s why every package includes Google Business setup: you have the address, so this is an opening a website alone can’t reach. Google decides who appears, so nobody can honestly promise you a place in it.

Comparing offers

Six questions to ask any web designer

Ask these before you pay anyone, including us. Here are our answers.

  1. 1. Who owns the domain and the website?

You do. Both are in your name, and the code is handed over at launch.

  2. 2. Who will I actually talk to?

Asfand, directly. The person on your first call designs and builds your site.

  3. 3. What exactly does the price include?

Hosting and SSL setup are in every package, along with a free domain and Google Business setup. The domain renews yearly at cost. Extra work is quoted separately.

  4. 4. How many rounds of changes do I get?

One on Starter, two on Business and three on Premium.

  5. 5. How do I pay?

By invoice and bank transfer: 50% upfront and 50% once the job is done.

  6. 6. What happens after launch?

Support is included for 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the package. After that, the monthly care plan is optional.

A real example

Healing with Attia: a website that has to earn trust

A client project for a UK-certified psychotherapist with clients in Pakistan, the UK, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The problem

People looking for therapy are often anxious and unsure where to start, so the site had to feel calm and make the first step easy.

The design

A calm, uncluttered layout that puts trust and credentials first, with each service explained clearly.

The booking

Booking through WhatsApp, the channel her clients already use every day, not a form they might abandon.

Being found

A blog answering what people actually search for, such as how to choose a therapist and whether online therapy works.

The Healing with Attia homepage: "Professional Online Therapy & Counseling in Pakistan", with a Book On WhatsApp button beside a calm photo of a woman holding a cup of tea.

Questions

Website design questions

What businesses ask before they start.

How much does a website cost?
Starter is $300 (about SAR 1,125 or AED 1,100), Business is $500 (about SAR 1,875 or AED 1,835) and Premium starts from $700 (about SAR 2,625 or AED 2,570).
How long does it take to build a website?
Starter and Business go live in 1 week. Premium depends on your project. Timelines count business days, Sunday to Thursday, from when we have your content.
Do you work with businesses in the Gulf without a local office?
Yes. We work fully remotely, by video, WhatsApp and email, across Gulf time zones.
What happens to my current website?
It stays online until the new one is ready. Your content and domain come with you, and we redirect your old pages to protect your Google rankings.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. Stores are part of the Business and Premium packages. They can take bank transfer and cash on delivery, and we can connect Stripe, PayPal or another payment provider that works in your country.
Can I edit the website myself after launch?
Yes, if you want to. Tell us on the first call and we’ll set it up for easy editing. Or send us your changes under the care plan.
Will my website rank on Google?
Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking. Every package includes SEO setup, and Business and Premium go further. Rankings then depend on your market and your content.

Not sure which package fits?

Send us your current site or describe your business. We’ll tell you which package you need, and whether you need less than you think.
